This is a challenging and confusing time for all of us. Your EAP Team continues to support you while following appropriate guidelines for social distancing and safety. We are available for counseling sessions, coaching, sharing of resources, leader-consultation and to participate in virtual team meetings upon request and availability.

The Novant Health Employee Assistance Program provides short-term supportive counseling to Novant Health employees and  their household family members.
