Adjusting to the New Normal

 

This continues to be a challenging and confusing time for all of us. Your Novant Health EAP team will continue to support you while following appropriate guidelines for social distancing and safety. We are available for counseling sessions, coaching, sharing of resources, leader consultation and to participate in team meetings upon request and availability.

 Update:

    • While primarily holding remote counseling sessions (Zoom, telephone), we currently have face-to-face appointments available in our Charlotte and Winston-Salem offices and will increase the availability of these opportunities based on demand. 
    • LifeServices EAP is offering face-to-face sessions in Wilmington.  

  *  Masking and social distancing will be observed in the EAP offices out of respect for participants with health issues and safety concerns as well as to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  

  • we have added a new resource portal with thousands of timely articles, self-help tools, webinars, assessments and more, focused on a wide range of topics.

The Novant Health Employee Assistance Program provides short-term supportive counseling to Novant Health employees and  their household family members.

Some typical issues seen by our counselors include relationship issues, stress management, depression, older adult issues, work-life balance, etc. We serve our clients at various locations and offer appointments to meet the diverse work shifts of staff.
